Step 1:
click on "Office Button (grid drop down button)" - Microsoft Word"
Step 2:
left click on "New (menu item)"
Step 3:
left click on "Blank document (list item)" in "New Document"
Step 4:
left click on "Create (push button)" in "New Document"
